• Brick-and-mortar retailers
• Verified online retailers
• Other approved businesses at Epoch's discretion

Wholesale accounts are intended for resale purposes only and are not available for personal purchases.

2. Account Approval

All wholesale applications are reviewed individually.

Epoch Jewelry reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke wholesale accounts at its sole discretion.

Additional business documentation may be requested during the approval process.

3. Wholesale Pricing

Approved partners receive access to exclusive wholesale pricing.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved account holders. Pricing may not be shared publicly or with unauthorized parties.

4. Authorized Resale

Products purchased through the wholesale program are intended for resale through approved business channels.

Wholesale products may not be redistributed through unauthorized marketplaces or channels without prior written approval from Epoch Jewelry.

5. Product Representation

Epoch Jewelry products must be represented accurately and professionally.

Retail partners may use approved product images and marketing materials supplied by Epoch while maintaining an active wholesale account.

Logos, trademarks, and brand assets may not be altered without written permission.

6. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received and are subject to product availability.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on inventory levels, holidays, and order volume.

Epoch Jewelry will make every effort to fulfill orders promptly and communicate any unexpected delays.

7. Returns & Warranty

Wholesale purchases are subject to Epoch Jewelry's applicable return and warranty policies.

Retail partners should inspect all shipments upon delivery and notify Epoch Jewelry promptly of any shipping damage, shortages, or order discrepancies.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product photography, graphics, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Epoch Jewelry.

These materials may only be used to promote authorized Epoch products while maintaining an active wholesale account.

9. Policy Updates
