1. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Answer: Yes, we do! If your single purchase exceeds $2,500, you will receive $100 off. For discounts on larger orders, please email us at info@epoch-jewelry.com.
2. Do you offer a warranty?
Answer: Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty. If you find that your jewelry is damaged, we will replace it for free immediately. Please email us at info@epoch-jewelry.com for assistance.
3. What are the payment options?
Answer: We accept payments with Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.
4. How do I know if my order was completed?
Answer: Once the checkout process is complete, you will be directed to a page that shows your order confirmation. You will also receive an email confirming the order within 48 hours. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a second email informing you that it has been shipped, including shipment details and tracking information.
5. Can I track my order?
Answer: Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number associated with your package. You can use this tracking number to view the location of your package on the carrier's website. Please note that sometimes a carrier's website can take up to 48 hours to show shipping information.
6. What are the shipping methods?
Answer: Available express shipping options and their prices according to your region will be shown at checkout. If you have any questions or comments, please reach out to info@epoch-jewelry.com prior to placing your order, and we will be happy to help you.
7. How long will my order take to arrive?
Answer: For in-stock jewelry, we will ship within 1-2 business days. For back-ordered items, it usually takes 3-5 weeks to ship. Shipping times vary by country:
UNITED STATES: Orders shipping to the U.S. go through USPS and can take from 2 to 9 business days to arrive after being shipped, depending on the region and shipping option selected at checkout. Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive.
8. Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Answer: There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we cannot reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. 9. How strong are your pins?
Answer: We understand that pins can sometimes break easily, especially with larger jewelry pieces. Rest assured, this is unlikely to happen with our products. Our pins are made from implant-grade ASTM F136, which is very strong. You will find them to be very durable!
10. Are you APP approved?
Answer: We are currently in the process of applying for APP approval and are awaiting a response.
