Defective & Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged piece of jewelry:

Unconditional Return & Full Refund: We will issue a full refund directly for any defective or damaged jewelry once received and verified.

Initiate Your Return: If there is any issue with your jewelry, please email us at info@epoch-jewelry.com within 7 days of delivery to start your return process.
How to Return Defective Items
To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow these steps when sending back your item:

Pack Securely: Place all defective or damaged jewelry inside a sealed plastic bag.

Mark as "WORN": Clearly write or label "WORN" on the outside of the sealed bag.
